Humble beginnings
Our Company was established in the Year 2004 with a promise to deliver exceptional Product quality at an Affordable cost.
THE PEOPLE
We believe that an Organization is built by a Team rather than an Individual. We have a dedicated Team of Engineers and Technicians who are working long term with us, showing their commitment and faith in the Company growth.
The company is led by our Managing Director; Mr. B Srinivasan, who is a veteran in the field of Low Voltage and Medium Voltage panels. He has rich experience of more than 40 years in the field of Design, Manufacturing, Testing and commissioning of Low Voltage and Medium Voltage panels. Having served in the Gulf for a period of 14 years, he is well versed with the requirements and functioning of the market and has extensive exposure to International Products and Standards.
OUR JOURNEY
Since our inception, we have grown into a USD 3.0 Million company with total investments and assets of USD 1.75 Million. We have interests in Electrical Engineering and Sheet steel Fabrication Engineering. Our recent investment has been in setting up a Powder Coating Unit with Automatic and Manual powder coating systems.
INFRASTRUCTURE
To meet the needs of ever growing business, we have a land bank of 25,000 Square Meters, ready to use. Our shop floor is spread around 2,000 Square Meters and houses Fabrication floor, Assembly Floor, Design Office, Test facility, Stores etc. A 128HP Utility Power source is available at our disposal. Additionally back up power source is also available.
Our Fabrication floor is equipped with CNC Turret Punch press and CNC Press brake machines for accurate punching of Sheet steel components. The LV Panel assembly floor is equipped with versatile Busbar punching and bending machines to produce a perfect busbar joint.
IN HOUSE DESIGN TEAM
Our growth mantra “Constant upgrading and Continual improvement of our products.”
To aid our mantra, we have nurtured in-house Design team to constantly develop new products and enhance existing products. A versatile 3D software is used for this purpose.
Our Design team was raised personally by our Founder and is handled by Young and inquisitive Engineers who are willing to learn and explore.
IN HOUSE TEST FACILITY
Design and Testing go hand in hand.
To confirm performance of our Products from time to time, we established in-house Test facility. Our Test facility was tailored to meet our Product testing requirement as per IEC Standards.
The Test facility consists of: 1. 3 Phase Oil cooled Current injection Transformer with 3 phase individual Variac capable to load upto 4000A
2. Single Phase Oil cooled Current injection Transformer with Variac capable to load upto 2000A
3. Digital Temperature indicator with 16 channel output and bi-metal temperature probes.
4. Fully integrated routine inspection trolley mounted test bench, with dual power source, DC analog source generator etc.
